Job Title: Creative Lead – Designing Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full-time, Onsite Salary: 20-30 LPA Role Overview The Creative Lead – Designing will spearhead the creative direction, design strategy, and visual identity across the organization’s businesses. This role is responsible for ensuring world-class design outputs, aligning with platform trends (especially YouTube), and building a unified, impactful visual presence across digital channels. The Creative Lead will oversee QC for all design deliverables, while also mentoring and guiding the design team. Key Responsibilities: Creative Strategy & Direction Develop and implement a design strategy that reflects the brand identity across platforms. Align creative outputs with content goals, audience behavior, and industry best practices. Stay updated with YouTube algorithms, design SEO, and evolving digital design trends to maximize reach and engagement. Integrate AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Photoshop AI, Canva AI, MidJourney, Runway) to enhance output quality, speed, and experimentation. Design Delivery & Oversight Lead creative development for all design deliverables including thumbnails, social media creatives, posters, digital ads, marketing collateral, and branding assets. Ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment across all visual outputs. Conduct design QC checks before publishing or client delivery. Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and production teams to ensure visual impact supports storytelling and audience engagement. Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and creative direction. Establish clear workflows, review processes, and design standards. Train and encourage the team to adopt AI where relevant to improve productivity and creativity. Foster collaboration across different business units to maintain cohesive brand design. Optimization & Insights Apply data-driven insights (CTR, engagement, watch time impact) to design decisions, especially for YouTube thumbnails and social media creatives. Optimize creatives for SEO, discoverability, and audience retention. Experiment with new formats, color schemes, typography, and visual treatments based on performance analytics. Qualifications & Skills7+ years of experience in graphic design, creative direction, or digital design leadership roles. Strong portfolio across digital media: YouTube thumbnails, social campaigns, posters, branding, and marketing creatives. Deep understanding of YouTube platform dynamics, design SEO, CTR optimization, and digital content trends. Expertise in design tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc., with exposure to AI design tools. Strong eye for aesthetics, detail, and storytelling through visuals. Proven ability to lead design teams and deliver high-quality creative outputs under deadlines. Familiarity with animation/motion graphics (preferred, not mandatory).
