Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
· Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly property sales targets.
· Generate new leads and manage existing client relationships.
· Participate in pricing strategy, promotions, and closing negotiations.
Team Handling & Operations:
· Support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations.
· Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing team.
· Provide regular training and performance feedback to team members.
· Ensure targets are met by individual team members and overall branch.
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
· Manage and enhance the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
· Plan and execute campaigns to promote properties and brand awareness.
Corporate & Promotional Marketing:
· Plan and execute corporate presentations and promotional events.
· Identify and approach corporate clients or institutional buyers for project partnerships.
· Represent the company in property expos, real estate summits, and networking events.
· Coordinate with vendors, media partners, and designers for campaign execution.
