Job Description


Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: ·        Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly property sales targets. ·        Generate new leads and manage existing client relationships. ·        Participate in pricing strategy, promotions, and closing negotiations. Team Handling & Operations: ·        Support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations. ·        Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing team. ·        Provide regular training and performance feedback to team members. ·        Ensure targets are met by individual team members and overall branch. Social Media & Digital Marketing: ·        Manage and enhance the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). ·        Plan and execute campaigns to promote properties and brand awareness. Corporate & Promotional Marketing: ·        Plan and execute corporate presentations and promotional events. ·        Identify and approach corporate clients or institutional buyers for project partnerships. ·        Represent the company in property expos, real estate summits, and networking events. ·        Coordinate with vendors, media partners, and designers for campaign execution. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): ·        Branch sales performance & target achievement ·        Lead conversion rate ·        Growth in social media engagement & campaign ROI ·        Team productivity and performance ·        Client satisfaction and referral rate ·        Success of promotional and corporate marketing initiatives
