As the Process & Systems Specialist (ClickUp & AI Integration Lead) at Legacy Property Solutions, you’ll design and optimize internal systems using ClickUp and AI tools. Your mission is to streamline workflows, SOPs, training, and automation to boost team efficiency and consistency.
Key Focus Areas:
• Own and optimize ClickUp setup
• Build SOPs, workflows, and training systems
• Integrate AI for support and knowledge management
• Automate processes and centralize documentation
• Train staff and support leadership with systems projects

Milestones:
• 30 Days: Audit systems, complete 5 SOPs
