About the Role We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chemistry Educator to join our academic team. The candidate should possess strong subject expertise, effective teaching methods, and the ability to make chemistry engaging and understandable for students. The role involves delivering lessons, mentoring students, and preparing them for academic excellence and competitive exams. Key Responsibilities Deliver clear and interactive chemistry lessons for [mention levels – e.g., Grade 9–12, JEE/NEET aspirants, etc.]. Develop lesson plans, lab experiments, assignments, and study resources aligned with curriculum requirements. Simplify complex topics in physical, organic, and inorganic chemistry for better student comprehension. Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and mock tests to evaluate student progress. Provide individual guidance, mentoring, and doubt-clearing sessions. Collaborate with academic teams to design study material, practice papers, and digital content. Encourage curiosity and application of chemistry in real-world contexts. Stay updated with the latest exam trends, curriculum changes, and teaching methodologies. Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry or related field (B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Ed. preferred). Prior teaching experience in [school/college/coaching/institution] is desirable. Strong command of subject knowledge across all branches of chemistry. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to engage students in both offline and online learning environments.
