Job Title: Zonal Dealer & Channel Manager
Job Summary:
Responsible for establishing, managing, and optimizing the sales, service, and spares dealer network in the zone. Ensure compliance with MNAL standards, enhance dealer performance, and drive customer satisfaction through effective processes, training, and CRM deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Network Development
Establish sales, service, and spares network meeting customer expectations.
Strengthen dealer appointment process and infrastructure development.
Process Implementation
Implement Sales and Service processes through Zonal/Area teams.
Ensure compliance with Dealer Operating Standards (MOS) and MNAL policies.
Deploy Centralized Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and other IT platforms.
Dealer Support & Satisfaction
Resolve dealer concerns and improve satisfaction.
Guide dealers in business planning and achieving targets.
Support dealer operations: working capital, financiers, marketing, and administration.
Training & Development
Identify competency needs of dealership heads.
Develop and rollout sales/service training modules for dealer teams.
Coordinate process and systems training with Zonal teams.
Performance Management & Audits
Monitor dealer performance and implement rewards programs.
Conduct dealer performance audits and enforce infrastructure and corporate identity standards.
CRM & Customer Engagement
Plan, deploy, and sustain CRM initiatives at dealerships.
Ensure effective complaint and feedback management.
Create CRM schemes for different customer value segments.
Planning & Communication
Coordinate dealer communications and marketing support.
Track infrastructure development and ensure compliance with operational norms.
