We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our pharmaceutical marketing operations in Rajkot district. The BDM will be responsible for building the doctor & distributor network, driving product prescriptions, managing a small MR team (3–5 members), and achieving district-level sales & collection targets.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and lead a team of 3–5 Medical Representatives (MRs).
Build strong relationships with doctors and stockists/distributors.
Drive collections-based monthly targets.
Manage and grow the company’s all SKUs, ensuring strong market penetration.
Conduct doctor engagement activities: detailing, samples, CMEs, awareness programs.
Ensure stockist credit discipline (max 45 days).
Provide weekly sales & collection reports to management.
Monitor competitor activity and suggest strategies.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 1-5+ years pharma sales/marketing experience.
Strong doctor & distributor network in Rajkot.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets & handling a team.
Therapy background in Ortho, General Medicine, or Diabetology preferred.
Graduate in Pharmacy / Life Sciences preferred.
