Business Development Manager – Ahmedabad (Mid-Size Projects)
Qualification:
B.Tech/BE (Civil/Chemical) or MBA preferred.
Experience:
5–10 years in building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Build sales funnel & order pipeline through projects, cold calling & specification leads.
Achieve order & sales targets (value, product & segment-wise).
Identify & manage key accounts, influencer networks, and applicators.
Drive sales for Dr. Fixit waterproofing & exterior wall coatings.
Conduct competition analysis & market feedback.
Coordinate with depots, logistics & customers for seamless execution.
Candidate Profile:
Gujarati speaking with strong technical knowledge.
Background in building materials industry.
Excellent relationship management & business development skills.
Positive mindset with willingness to go beyond targets.
