Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution – Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables; ensure projects are executed within budget and schedule. Team Leadership – Lead and coordinate engineering teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress. Resource Management – Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently to meet project needs. Technical Oversight – Provide guidance on engineering design, quality standards, and technical problem-solving. Risk Management – Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure project safety compliance. Stakeholder Communication – Act as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Documentation & Reporting – Maintain project documentation, prepare progress reports, and present updates to management or clients. Budget & Cost Control – Monitor expenses, track financial performance, and ensure cost-effectiveness. Quality Assurance – Ensure engineering standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements are met throughout the project. Continuous Improvement – Recommend process improvements, adopt best practices, and implement innovative project management tools.
