Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Engineer to manage all billing-related activities for construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing client bills, subcontractor bills, cost estimations, and ensuring that billing is done accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and submit client bills as per the terms of the contract. Verify measurements from site and prepare quantity take-offs. Prepare subcontractor/vendor bills and verify their work done. Coordinate with the site team to collect daily progress data and documentation. Ensure accurate and timely generation of RA (Running Account) bills. Maintain billing logs, work progress reports, and other documentation. Liaise with project managers, site engineers, and clients for billing approvals. Support estimation, budgeting, and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation. Monitor project cost and track material usage and wastage. Ensure compliance with contractual, financial, and taxation regulations (e.g., GST, TDS). Requirements: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. 2+ years of experience in billing and estimation in construction projects. Strong knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software (e.g., ERP, Tally, etc.). Understanding of civil drawings, BOQ, contracts, and tendering processes. Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. Knowledge of CPWD/MORTH billing formats is a plus. Familiarity with project management software (Primavera, MS Project).
