Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and driven Associate Manager – HB Acquisition who will be responsible for identifying potential franchise locations, executing franchise openings, and driving channel sales. This role involves extensive fieldwork and requires strong market understanding to ensure business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate suitable locations for setting up new franchises.
Manage end-to-end franchise opening and onboarding process.
Drive channel sales through effective market penetration and customer acquisition strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and stakeholders.
Achieve sales and business development targets within the assigned territory.
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and competitor activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory).
Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in FMCG or Pharma industry.
Strong knowledge of channel sales, distribution, and market expansion.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
