Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly property sales targets.
Generate new leads and manage existing client relationships.
Participate in pricing strategy, promotions, and closing negotiations.
Team Handling & Operations:
Support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing team.
Provide regular training and performance feedback to team members.
Ensure targets are met by individual team members and overall branch.
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
Manage and enhance the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Plan and execute campaigns to promote properties and brand awareness.
Corporate & Promotional Marketing:
Plan and execute corporate presentations and promotional events.
Identify and approach corporate clients or institutional buyers for project partnerships.
Represent the company in property expos, real estate summits, and networking events.
Coordinate with vendors, media partners, and designers for campaign execution.
