Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Loan Processing & DSA Sourcing Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Leadership & Territory Management Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive loan sourcing and DSA (Direct Selling Agent) onboarding within your designated region. Identify untapped market opportunities, engage new DSAs, and build a robust sourcing network. Set realistic sales targets and monitor performance metrics, offering corrective guidance where necessary. 2. Loan Processing & Operational Oversight Take ownership of loan processing workflows—review applications, perform credit evaluations, ensure full documentation, and coordinate with underwriters for timely disbursements. Ensure all loan applications are accurate, complete, and processed within defined service-level agreements (SLAs). Liaise with internal teams (underwriting, compliance, finance) and DSAs to resolve any application discrepancies. 3. DSA Network Building & Relationship Management Onboard, train, and motivate DSAs to meet performance standards, enabling effective loan sourcing. Sales Management Foster and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and key lending partners, ensuring consistent pipeline contributions and feedback loops. 4. Team Mentorship & Enablement Guide and mentor the local sales and operations team, enhancing their skills in sales and processing through coaching and structured training. Support field teams with tools, CRM systems, and mobile solutions to streamline loan tracking and application submissions. 5. Reporting, Forecasting & Strategic Planning Generate weekly/monthly performance reports on loan volumes, DSA sourcing, processing efficiency, and regional pipeline health. Analyze trends, competition, and performance gaps, formulating actionable plans to boost market share and improve outcomes. 6. Compliance, Quality & Customer Experience Uphold high standards of documentation, compliance, and credit policy adherence throughout loan processing. Champion a customer-first approach—tracking client feedback, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing borrower satisfaction.
